Pam Puck combines depictions of monsters, grotesques, and masks with animism, traditional iconography, and eroticism to create work that combats pessimism with humor. By creating simplified figures and using vibrant color palettes, she strives to create a unique symbolic language that's deceptive in its playfulness. The often comical scenes my sculptures depict invite others to become voyeurs as she explores issues related to mental health, conflicting identities, and sexuality.
