Born in California and currently based in Brooklyn, New York. Angel is a 23-year-old transgender artist creating self -autobiographical work reflecting on sex and love. The artist takes the position of the tender voyeur, looking from the outside into the intimacy of others and entering that intimacy through the work. Angel's most recent project, "Porno Tees" involves the projection of pornography onto a blank garment. The artist allows the projection to take control of the artwork, improvising as the scenes and advertisements change.
